Anyone know the art director behind this brand?
Never mind: http://tomorrowpartners.com/branding_scharffenberger.php
probably the most talented person i’ve ever had the pleasure of working with.
“An Indianapolis resident, Aaron has a passion for digital portraiture mixed with a love affair with typography and serigraphy.”

Last night, Ryan and I got together to edit a story we’d shot back in April, using some of Ryan’s Sugar Pets and a birthday cake his mother baked.

Here’s to looking at old things with new eyes and never losing our sense of fun.
If you like what you see, check out the inventor’s Vimeo. The same fun philosophy runs through the rest of his work.
I especially enjoyed Catbus, which comes right out of Miyazaki, Animated Thumb Wrestling Finger Puppets for Lovers and Day of Cool Man Life’s idea for improving mobile phones and the way they communcate with us.

An excerpt from a cover letter for a research project about the Cultural Trail:
Imagine if you lived next door to the Louvre, but no one told you that it was a museum. The Louvre would just be a grand, old building with a cool-looking pyramid outside.
While it seems unlikely that one could be neighbors with the Mona Lisa and not know it, this is essentially the reality for IUPUI students. In the Cultural Trail, IUPUI students have a world-class amenity running through their campus, unparalleled in design, vision and culture.
The Cultural Trail is truly a work of art. If you haven’t yet ridden on it yet, send me a friendly tweet and I’ll be glad to give you a riding tour.
I’ll even bring a bike for you to use of you don’t have one.
